The Seller has the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Member’s account without any prior liability or compensation if the Member:
All content, branding, images, text, product descriptions, custom ring templates, and digital assets on antiquesignet.com belong to Caglayan Cosar and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, distribute, or use these assets for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

The Seller reserves the right to update or amend this Membership Agreement at any time to comply with changes in e-commerce laws, legal regulations, or website operations. The updated agreement will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the account constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by international trade and e-commerce principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes, complaints, or misunderstandings amicably via direct communication. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the competent consumer boards and courts in the Seller’s registered jurisdiction shall have authority.
Members have the right to terminate their membership at any time by sending an account deletion request to info@antiquesignet.com or using the delete-account features within their profile panel. Termination of membership does not affect the validity of any active orders already placed under the Distance Sales Agreement.
